Each person at Micro Mold & Plastikos brings a unique combination of experience, knowledge, and personality to our team. On any given day, you can expect to work in a cross-functional group (i.e. tooling, processing, materials, etc.) to help solve our customers’ most challenging problems. Custom manufacturing requires tremendous problem solving ability since each challenge is unique. Our team members possess the training and experience to create solutions to solve some of the industry’s most challenging molded products.

Being a second-generation, family-owned company, we strive to promote camaraderie amongst the various departments. In fact, many of our staff have worked together over 25 years (and counting)! Our owners and managers support many out-of-office team building opportunities; such as, company golf leagues, community service events, local social events, and much more.

Fortunately, with the help of several local non-profit agencies, we have been able to hire talented individuals from all around the globe, such as: Africa, Eastern Europe, Ethiopia, Iraq, Nepal, and Somalia, just to name a few. Our diverse workforce has brought new ideas and a unique blend of cultures to our team. In turn, we have been able to grow our family of companies to help create full-time jobs and long-term careers as well as provide the corresponding technical training for those who qualify.

We also provide a wide range of on-the-job technical experiences and education in addition to our ethnically diverse workforce. Our employees’ experience level ranges from recent college graduates to 35+ year industry veterans. This experience level provides a unique combination of fresh ideas combined with time-tested insight and guidance. Each customer support team is setup with a dedicated program manager, process engineer, tool-maker, and quality engineer. This cross-functional group will interact daily to ensure projects remain on-time and meet customer specification. Although each individual offers a unique expertise, the goal is to promote communication so each team is operating as one highly-efficient unit within our organization.
