Micro Mold and Plastikos have supported the telecommunications industry since the formation of the company in 1978. The relationship with our customer began when Plastikos agreed to accept several existing molds that had been troublesome in production. After successfully processing what was once an undesirable mold, our product portfolio within this industry grew rapidly. Components such as fiber protectors, receptacle and element housings, connector housings and retainers, and strain relief components are just a few of the components Plastikos has manufactured. Each component has its own unique challenges and requires the use of precision machinery, as well as a devoted staff.

As a result of our continuous improvement efforts, quality, and on-time delivery, Plastikos received an award from our customer in recognition of our on-going excellence in manufacturing. Today, Plastikos continues to produce some of the most elite and complex parts within the telecommunications industry.
