Our passion for excellence and precision manufacturing has enabled Micro Mold and Plastikos to form long-lasting relationships with the leading medical device manufacturers.

Our relationship with one particular customer began in 1986, involving a fluid control device that required a water-tight seal in order to safely regulate the fluid. Micro Mold built the tool to tolerances of +/- 0.0001 inches on the finished product in order to meet these requirements without the use of o-rings. This was one of the first medical partnerships that Micro Mold established and since then, eight variations of this tool have been constructed by Micro Mold.
