After a mold successfully passes our
customer’s sampling and approval process, it is ready to be run in
production. At Plastikos, the number of parts that a mold ultimately will
produce is determined by the consumer demand of the end product into which
the molded part is a component. These volumes can range from a few thousand
parts to millions of parts per annum. Each of our projects is assigned to
an Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) team with at least one
representative from the design, manufacturing, quality, and assembly
departments. This team works together
to deliver the highest level of quality and service to the customer. |
Moreover, Plastikos utilizes state-of-the-art equipment and maintains high standards of cleanliness in order to deliver parts that exceed our customer’s expectations. We continually invest in our facilities, in new presses and in auxiliary equipment to improve our production processes; we believe that these investments not only make us more competitive today, but also lay the groundwork for the future. |
