At Micro Mold and Plastikos, we continually invest in
technology to stay on the cutting edge of the tool & die and injection
molding industry. Plastikos houses our
state-of-the-art Information Technology center from which we manage the
technology systems of both Micro Mold and Plastikos. Our infrastructure has grown from two to
eleven servers over the past four years in support of our daily operations. Our IT center boasts a dedicated environmental control and
fire suppression system with entry restricted by double locked security
access to the server area. The server room is supported by a redundant battery backup
system, and the data at Micro Mold & Plastikos is archived by multiple
backup systems with regular offsite data storage. |
We know that our ability to utilize the most up-to-date
technology solutions, which include our IT facilities, Oracle-based IQMS,
on-press vision systems, Yushin robotic pickers, and Star robots enables us
to consistently deliver superior results to our customers and to remain
competitive in today’s global marketplace.
